We ship via service provider UPS. The shipping costs within Germany for consumables are 11.50EUR plus VAT.
Devices
When shipping devices, the shipping costs within Germany are between 40,-EUR and 60,-EUR plus VAT. Please contact us for delivery to other European countries and express shipping.
Labels
When shipping labels, the shipping costs within Germany are 3.50EUR plus VAT.
Delivery is made to the delivery address specified by the customer. We would like to point out that the shipping or delivery of a product does not represent any binding or guaranteed shipping- and delivery dates, but are only approximate guide values.
The delivery takes place depending on the payment method of the customer. In case of advance payment, the delivery takes place after payment to the bank. When paying based on an invoice, the delivery takes place after contract conclusion.
